About the Event
Join us to plant native trees to help local wildlife live and thrive. Wildlife relies on native plants for food and shelter, which support our local ecosystem. Join TCA, Texas A &M Forest Services, National Wildlife Federation, City of Laredo, Laredo Center for Urban Agriculture and Sustainability (LCUAS), Texas A&M AgriLife Extention to learn more about the benefits of native trees and bringing one free tree home!

Trees Available:
Tree saplings are available on a first come first served basis while supplies last. There is a limit of 1 per family. Delivery of trees is not provided.
Tree Species:
Small Mature size trees: Texas redbud, Desert-willow, Mexican plum, Mexican buckeye
Medium Mature size trees: Texas ebony, Mexican white oak ( Monterrey)
Large Mature size trees: Pecan, Shumard Oak
