Mountain Lions Need YOUR Help
Texas Parks and Wildlife is taking public comment on two proposed new mountain lion regulations:
1) To prohibit “canned” hunting of mountain lions,
2) To require that a mountain lion not be left in a trap more than 36 hours.
The Commission will vote on these May 23 and we have until May 21 to comment.

More sensible options for water supply for DFW:

-
1) using untapped water from existing lakes like Toledo Bend and Lake Texoma
-
2) increasing the amount of reuse/recycling of effluent in the DFW region
-
3) conservation measures that reduce the amount of water used for lawn watering.
